Children and Young People who exhibit sexual or harmful sexual behaviours need to be understood and skilfully supported by those working with them. 
Join this course to learn:
  • The difference between sexual behaviours and harmful sexual behaviours
  • How to identify which of the two types a child or young person is displaying
  • How to teach appropriate sexual behaviour
  • About resources that you can use to support your work with those displaying either type
  • Ways to support staff affected by displays of sexual behaviour by children and young people*.
*Please note that this course does not explore how to support staff who have been sexually assaulted
