Working Together to Solve Behavioural Challenges

£65.00+VAT

Course delivered by live video conferencing

"Really useful session and really nice to have so many people to share ideas and advice with. This is a great approach that can be used in the classroom with teams and as a whole school approach”
Behaviour is the biggest challenge faced by staff in care and education settings.
Guided by social learning leader Matthew Laurie, this course encourages practitioners to develop personal learning skills to request help from other practitioners to solve personal problems.
By developing the ability to reflect, listen, collaborate and clearly communicate challenges, practitioners are more able to access the help within the team rather than having to work things out for themselves.  The course will introduce this method by offering delegates the opportunity to collaborate between themselves to solves personal challenges brought to the course.

On completing this course delegates will be able to:

- Demonstrate new understanding of case clinics and consultancy conversations
- Use these techniques to solve personal challenges around behaviour
- Demonstrate more understanding/ability in the communicating personal challenges
- Collaborate more effectively with other team members to solve daily challenges
