Trainers

Concept Training has a large bank of highly qualified, highly experienced trainers who all have one thing in common. They are all Practitioners and experts in their particular field who have the ability to deliver training in such a way that delegates will go away and put their practical strategies into place immediately.

Our trainers are experienced teachers, headteachers, psychologists and therapists and include people like the world respected Autism expert, Dr Phoebe Caldwell.

When booking a training day with Concept Training, we choose the trainer most suited to deliver a programme completely customised to need. The trainers develop their own programmes to suit need and situation. There is no such thing as an “off the shelf” training course at Concept Training.

Our trainers are extremely approachable and will put all delegates completely at ease, making sure everyone gets the best out of their training.

Stevenage Education Trust

“I am the manager of the Stevenage Educational Trust, a charitable trust with a membership of 53 institutions which includes all of the 44 schools in Stevenage and the surrounding villages, the 7 Children’s Centres, North Hertfordshire College and the Education Support Centre. In my time at the trust I have worked with Concept training for the last three years and in that time I have found them to be a professional and highly effective training provider. We have run a number of training courses for School staff and they have received 100% positive feedback.

The trainers are excellent with a real feel for the subjects delivered and the administration of the training has been highly effective with nothing too much trouble to arrange. I have always found Concept training to be keen to develop and provide the most relative training in partnership with their clients. With this in mind I have no hesitation in recommending Concept Training as a provider of quality training”.

The Village School Brent

The Village School is a 270 place special school for pupils with a wide range of complex needs 2-19 years. We have been using the professional development services delivered by Concept training intensively for the last 3 years both to support individual performance targets through external training events and as in house training and consultancy. Concept use a variety of highly experienced practitioners who deliver top quality training and consultancy services and we have always been impressed by the quality of delivery and content of the service. It is difficult to find such quality and specialism within the field of complex needs currently and we are delighted to have discovered Concept. The impact on the organisation is measurable through the increased skills of our staff and outcomes for our pupils.

Warwickshire County Council

I have had the pleasure of commissioning Concept Training to deliver a range of learning solutions including; Autism Awareness programme for our Early Years Workforce, Intensive Interactions for our Social Care Workforce and bespoke programmes for Social Care Workforce for us since 2007.

During this time I have found them to be completely professional not just in their communication but in the delivery of appropriate professional learning solutions.

All of the commissions have been delivered to the highest standard and feedback from delegates has always been extremely positive. Trainers always arrived promptly and well prepared ready to deliver the sessions. Their expert knowledge has ensured that staffs are fully capable and confident to complete required tasks following the training.

This has resulted in us being able to measure more effectively the impact of the training on both the staff and our service users, which ensures that we can demonstrate a greater return on our investment.

I would most definitely recommend Concept Training to deliver learning solutions.
