How To Teach Traumatised Children

How To Teach Traumatised Children
Learn about types of trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences and their impact. Look at how to help a traumatised child learn and retain information. Learn how to support a child or young person who has experiences of these. Have the opportunity to reflect how to help a child feel safe, seen and soothed so they feel secure. Be signposted to resources that are likely to further support you and your pupils.

During the course there is an activity for course participants, fully explained in the recording. If you are watching this in a group, this activity will require a facilitator for organising course participants into groups and then leading feedback.
