Terms and Conditions for online booking of live, remote, training courses:
By completing the booking form you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You are agreeing to pay the course fee, as described on the booking form, and are also confirming that you have the authority to request that an invoice be sent to the address given on the booking form. If an order number is required it is the bookers responsibility to obtain this and add it to the booking form.
On receipt of a course booking from a school, college, or local authority organisation an invoice will be raised. The invoice is due for payment before the course date except when the booking is made less than 14 days before the course date. For bookings made less than 14 days before the date of the course, payment should be made no later than 14 days after the course.
For bookings from private organisations (unless they already have an established accunt with Concept Training), a link for online payment will be sent. Payment must be received before course log on details are released.
Payment for attendance at an event should be made within 14 days of receiving an invoice, which will be raised on receipt of booking. If the event is less than 14 days away, then payment must be made immediately on invoice.
The only exception to this is by prior arrangement, where we would require an official purchase order to confirm the place. Purchase orders may be accepted in lieu of payment, at time of booking, at Concept Training’s sole discretion.
There are circumstances where an event has to be cancelled or a date changed. We will endeavour to notify booked delegates of any cancellations or changes at the earliest opportunity. There may some circumstances, however, where it is only possible to offer shorter notice of cancellation (e.g. trainer illness or emergency) Where a course has been cancelled or postponed we will offer delegates alternative dates. If the delegate is unable to attend any of the alternative dates, a full refund will be given.
Concept Training shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that might be incurred staff cover.
If a booked delegate wishes to cancel their attendance at an event, the rebates below will apply. If the delegate has yet to pay the fee, this will still remain due to Concept Training, less the rebate figure stated below. Cancellation should be made in writing To: [email protected]

Substitution of delegate can be made at any time free of charge
Where a delegate wishes to transfer from one course to another, every effort will be made to do this without incurring additional costs. However, if the transfer takes place less than a calendar month before the date of the originally booked course an extra charge may be unavoidable.
If a delegate does not attend an event, regardless of the circumstances, and they have not previously informed us, in line with the cancellation terms above, then the full fee remains payable.
