Who should attend?

This course is suitable for parents, teachers and support assistants working with needy children, at home or in school.

Yoga games will teach you how to help your learners to use breathing, positive touch, movement and posture to aid thinking and to stay calm.

Breathing games and exercise are fun, beneficial and somtimes noisy!  They help children cope with emotional responses, so as to stay calm and in control.....

Happy Hands put people in touch with themselves: Positive touch helps to increase oxytocin levels and blood flow to vital body systems, to improve performance and reduce stress levels...

Body moves and posture exercises help to develop stability, balance and impulse control to aid mathematical and scientific learning, and improve visual-motor skills for reading and writing...

Body Games like 'ride the rapids' put all the elements together and provide a fun context for all the benfits of Yoga Games!
