Concept Training workshops, standard Terms and Conditions
Course fees are due in full prior to the course taking place unless by prior arrangement. If payment is to be made after the course either an official order or a letter on headed paper will be required to support the reservation. Where this is the case, all fees must be paid within 28 days of the course taking place.
Cancellation by delegate
All cancellations must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org there will be no charge if cancelled more than one calendar month prior to date of course. If cancelled less than a calendar month before the date of the course the full fee will apply.
Where a delegate wishes to transfer from one course to another, every effort will be made to do this without incurring additional costs. However, if the transfer takes place less than a calendar month before the date of the course an extra charge may be unavoidable.
Cancellation by Concept Training
Every effort will be made for courses to go ahead as planned. When a course is cancelled Concept Training will endeavour to contact delegates as quickly as possible and they will be offered an alternative date, refund or credit note. Concept Training will not be liable for any travel or other expenses incurred.
