Thank you once again for the brilliant course you delivered today in Maidstone. Every part of it was informative, relevant and practical. I was so pleased to receive basic training that took into account the differing needs and experiences of all the course members, without anyone feeling that they were being left behind or disregarded.
I feel really enthusiastic about using all the equipment and making sure the door of the multi sensory room is not left locked anymore!! Your advice for saving money and finding suitable equipment at a low cost was also invaluable in this age of ever decreasing funding!!
Once again please thank your office staff for their excellent support and advice too. I would have no hesitation in recommending this and other concept training courses to all my colleagues. It was great value for money and my only complaint was it was over too soon!!
