Meet the Team

Meet the trainers

At Concept Training the people who deliver our courses are carefully chosen - not just for their specialised experience and knowledge, but also for their ability to share it in an innovative and motivational way. To read more about our course deliverers use the menu on the left.

Meet the support team

Julie Gardner – Operations Manager

Julie has been with Concept Training for eleven years. She joined to “help us out” for a couple of weeks and has been here since! Julie oversees the smooth running of our “In House” training days and liaises with trainers and customers. Julie’s calm, positive demeanour and unflappable manner are complimented by her quirky sense of humour and ability to respond to difficult situations with a smile.

Maureen Clement – Office Manager

Maureen has been here from the beginning. If you want a job done in this office ask Maureen! Maureen is responsible for the day to day running of this office and also oversees our accounts and database management. She’s a self confessed control freak and a fantastic support and friend to everyone here.

Fiona Lane – Customer Services Manager

Fiona joined Concept Training in 2005 and lights the office with her smile. She’s recently returned after a period of Maternity leave and has produced a second beautiful son. Fiona is responsible for taking bookings and making sure our one day “open” courses go to plan.

Peggy Parker – Operations Support Officer

Peggy has been with us for seven years and is our “sixties chick”. Peggy is responsible for the preparation and distribution of course materials and her attention to detail is legendary.

Sonia Debbat – Marketing Manager

Sonia is our newest recruit. She joined in February to cover Fiona’s maternity leave and as we now can’t manage without her she’s in for the long haul like the rest of us!

Janet Price – Managing Director

The boss – allegedly! Janet spends a lot of her time travelling the country delivering multi-sensory training, returning periodically to cause havoc. Having whipped everyone up into a frenzy, off she goes on her travels again leaving a trail of confusion behind her.
