Positive Ways of Changing Behaviour

This course is suitable for anyone supporting children or adults who exhibit behaviour that challenges. No previous experience necessary The course considers the reasons why people behave in certain ways and looks at the best and most pro active ways of achieving behaviour change for an individual. Groups of need are examined and gaining new skills are considered through the use of case studies. Behaviour support planning including pro active, active and re active strategies is fully explained. Practical advice and examples are used throughout the course
