New Course: THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF BEING A FIRST LINE MANAGER OR LEADER currently available 'In House' only To be faced with managing and leading others can be a daunting and frightening experience. But it need not be so. With a few skills, you can start to develop the confidence needed to be effective in this role. You might discover that life has already provided you with some of the training required. It might seem like a big step to go from managing tasks to managing people, but this course will show you a way forward that is both enjoyable and practical.
This course is suitable for anyone who is new to management or leadership roles, anyone thinking about taking this step, or those who would like a refresher course to help in handling first time managers or leaders as employees.
