"I feel stressed!" A common phrase perhaps but one we shouldn't take lightly.  In today's highly demanding roles we need to not only recognise how and why we become stressed but how our reactions can change.  We need to be proactive and do something to manage our stress levels before they manage us!

Start by taking aplace on our positive, interactive and thought provoking workshop.  Together learn some of the easiest ways to combat stress and enjoy the opportunity of discussing and practising some techniques with others in similar roles.

  • Theory based around our 'rights' - we all have legal rights, employment rights etc and we also have assertive or personal rights.  They enable us to assess our own and others behaviour and help us to identify whether it is aggressive, non assertive or assertive.  Our ability to apply personal rights for ourselves is governed by our beliefs about the world, other people and ourselves.
