Interviewing Skills

This course is suitable for anyone who will be interviewing others, who will be interviewed themselves or is interested in developing some knowledge and skills in this vital area for the future.

An interview is an interactional process in which there is an exchange of information or sharing, of roles, responsibilities, feelings, beliefs or motives could be called an interview. Few interviews are successful if either party is unwilling to share feelings, beliefs, motives and information. A process is a dynamic, continuing, ever-changing interaction of variables with a degree of system or structure. Communication skills are at the heart of this process. This course will look at many aspects of this process and the communication skills necessary to make it successful.
