NEW COURSE: Developing a Creative, Dynamic Process for Team Building
Currently available "In-House" only
Trainer: Eric Klein
How you will benefit
Two or more people working together towards a mutually agreed outcome reveal a process fraught with difficulties. Do we really know our team members? Is our self understanding secure enough to enter energetically and openly into a team project with others who may not know themselves very well? Can we participate as needed in team meetings? Are we easily intimidated? Do we tend to intimidate others? Is our body language a help or hindrance? Do we use our voice effectively? Do we listen effectively? Building an effective team is more about a process than a result and needs a toolbox full of skills:
- By developing the skills necessary to enter enthusiastically and without fear into a team process
- You will know what to expect from the process and from yourselves
- You will feel confident about building rapport and working with team members towards mutually agreed outcomes
- By developing more effective communication skills
