New course: COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY This course is appropriate for everyone who would like to improve communication skills and understand the social implications on a deeper level. Currently available 'In House' only Whether measured by job level, upward mobility, performance appraisal ratings, people skills or current salary divided by age, communication abilities help people to progress successfully in organisations and life. Good communications promote good social interactivity. Poor communication can lead to conflict of all kinds. High quality communication is effective and appropriate. This means it is able to produce the effects intended by the communicator and makes sense to the receiver in terms of working, statements and logic. Since we communicate with our body, voice and words it is important that we become aware of what and how we are communicating beyond simply the use of words.
